Values
We have 5 core values characterizing our solutions and the way we perform our work. The values we uphold are:
- Expertise: We have the experience and competences needed for advising our customers, and finding the most appropriate solution, but also the technical skills for getting the solution carried out.
- Technology leap: We work towards increasing the technology level of our agricultural customers in Eastern Europe and nearby countries with low technology level and production efficiency.
- Customized: We conduct the technology leap by offering customized solutions tailored to the specific customer. The solutions are customized to take the local agricultural culture, the customer’s needs and his potential into account.
- Knowledge translation: We know that it is not enough to improve the technology level. Therefore, we work towards translating and transferring our knowledge and experience about efficient agricultural production from Denmark and Western Europe into practical know-how in Eastern Europe.
- Sustainability: We strive to make our customers’ production facilities economically and environmentally sustainable through the use of efficient production technology and know-how.
